Arts at The Mill is BACK! Arts at The Mill is a three-day, indoor fine arts festival, located in Mooresville, North Carolina. A talented and diverse lineup of artists will be exhibiting and selling their artwork. Painters, potters, jewelers and artists of a plethora of mediums will be onsite to personally meet and greet you!
