‘Modern Beef & Dairy Production - Should we be Concerned about our Food?’, by Dr. Bradley Mills, large animal veterinarian, industry consultant and owner of Mills Family Farm, will be the topic of the September 19th meeting of the PROBUS Club of Lake Norman. Dr. Mills is a graduate of NC State College of Veterinary Medicine and lives on the beef cattle farm that has been in his family since 1935. Along with his wife, Nicole, they share a passion for sustainable farming, animal welfare, and a commitment to raising the highest quality beef cattle. All are welcome to attend this free presentation at the PROBUS Club on September 19th, held at the Berea Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Hwy 150, Mooresville, just west of Perth Road. The hour-long program will begin at 10:30. You are invited to join members for lunch at a nearby restaurant following the meeting.
